TERMS: Net 30 days on approved open
accounts from date of invoice. In addition to open accounts, we also accept
cash, C.O.D and most major credit cards.
DELIVERY: All items are shipped F.O.B. our
warehouse or vendors. We ship to North America. Delivery street address must
be supplied. Shipment to APO/FPO address can be made only via Post Services.
We ship via United Parcel Service, Federal Express and other reputable
freight carriers. We ship truck freight prepaid or freight collect.
RETURNS: Call us to get a Return
Authorization Number before returning any item. Pre-authorized returns will
be accepted within 30 days of shipment with a legitimate reason. A
Return Authorization Number, and a copy of your invoice or packing slip must
accompany all returns. Be sure to include any certifications and everything
from the original packaging. Failure to do so can result in rejection or
credit reduction. Any claims or discrepancies in shipment must be reported
within 72 hours or receipt. C.O.D returns will not be accepted. All other
returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, with a minimum of $ 6.00.
Pack well to avoid damage, which might reduce your credit. No return of
altered or etched items.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:

UPS & Federal Express Shipment: Check your order
immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt.
All shortages and damages must be reported to us and UPS or Federal
Express local office within 3 business days. Failure to do so will
waive your claim.

Truck Shipments: Inspect all merchandise while the
driver is still present. Making note on the bill of lading of any visible
damage or discrepancies. All damages and shortages must be called into the
trucker you choose within 5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Delivery, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranties are VOID outside US and Canada.
WARRANTY: We warrant all tools against manufacturing and
workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. Electronic
instruments are warranted for 180 days. Normal wear and tear
